We would like to address the recent influx of unsolicited comments, posts, and messages on our social media pages from a former Primary Goods employee. Normally we would continue to handle this in a private manner, but as this person has blocked all other attempts at communication and continues to make false claims all over social media, we felt it was necessary to address our entire audience at once. We also wanted to show that we have nothing to hide, and we stand by our actions. The happiness and safety of our customers is always our top priority, and we want to ensure that those are preserved above all else.
Over the past couple of days, a former employee has attempted to extort and slander our company seemingly without cause. She was terminated due to poor performance and failing to show up to work, and is taking it out on social media. We have treated her with respect during and after her employment with us. We’ve repeatedly reached out to this person and are doing everything in our power to set things right. Our priority, however, is making sure that you feel safe and secure.
If she continues to follow you on social media or harass you in any way, we encourage you to delete any messages and block and report her accounts. We are a small company and this is new territory for us, as we never imagined someone we trusted would abuse that trust in such a way.
